Pelican Coastal Cottage is well equipped for your vacation needs. It is cozy and quaint, yet with modern amenities and lots of light. It is a little yellow “cottage” in the best sense. As one guest exclaimed when she first entered, “Oh my gosh, it’s adorable!” Located one block from the Core Sound, the Pelican Coastal Cottage sleeps up to 4 comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 people in a pinch, especially children. The cottage includes:
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed
- Walk-in closet in master bedroom
- Closet in guest bedroom
- Lots of storage space
- One large bathroom with shower/tub
- Large living room with pull-out queen-sized sleeper couch
- Television equipped with DVD player (no cable, however)
- Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch gas stove/oven, Kitchen Aid refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and microwave
- All kitchen cooking equipment
- Linens/towels provided
- Separate utility room with washer/dryer
- Vacuum cleaner
- Air-conditioning/ceiling fans
- Screened-in porch
- Large front porch
- Backyard fishing-cleaning station
